Just started using eM Client. My message pane looks like this:
instead of looking like the sample screen shot on the home page of the eM Client web site.
What settings have I missed, please?

When setting up your account, you chose to encrypt your messages.
Do you absolutely need this function? If this is not the case, delete your account and reconfigure it without asking for the encryption of your messages.
It is not necessary to delete the account if you decide later not to use encryption.
Just go to Menu > Settings > Mail > Signing and Encryption > Account Policies.
Remove the encryption or signing options from the accounts where you don’t want it.
Click on Save & Close when done.
