At the moment I have a very high resolution screen.
The advantage is that a lot can fit on my screen, a disadvantage is that some applications have very small text lines.
Postbox had an option to zoom the view of the incoming and out going e-mails.
I found the eM Client can zoom in/out into the received e-mails by pressing CMD+ or CMD- (and stayed in that zoom view that I want)
But these keys do not work while composing a new e-mail.
Is ther a way to zoom in/out while composing/writing a new e-mail?
And is it possible to change the left/right/top/bottom margins of my written e-mail?

You can use any of the below keys in the compose window when writing emails.
Pressing “Ctrl & + or - keys” to zoom in or out in the compose window on eM Client for PC, or press the “Command & + or - keys” to zoom in or out in the compose window on eM Client for Mac.
You can also press the “Ctrl key & use the Scroll wheel” up and down to zoom in or out in the compose window on PC, or press the “Option key & use the Scroll wheel” up and down to zoom in or out in the compose window on Mac.
To reset the zoom you can press Ctrl + 0 key on PC, or press Command & Option + 0 key on Mac. Or to reset the zoom “right click” & select Zoom / Original" on the dropdown menu.
Note: If the above shortcuts are not working in the compose window, go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / General / Shortcuts” and check the shortcut keys in case they have been changed from the default keys. See documentation link below.
Thanks for your reply.
The CTR + scroll wheel do, so that is fine already.
Unfortunately ‘Command & +’ do not work in the compose window. So I tried to find the key combinations in the Preference window.
But in the Shortcuts I don’t see the ‘zoom’ options or something similar to redefine the keys.
Ok Try the Control & + or - in the compose window on Mac, as could then depend on if you have the Mac OS Settings / Keyboard / Keyboard Shortcuts / Modifier keys “different or default”.
I just dbl-checked my Mac OS Modifier keys and i had forgotten “i had switched the Control and Command keys”, so that would explain why the Command & + or - didn’t work for you in the compose window, but worked for me. So normally it should actually be by default the Control & + or - keys like Pc for zoom in or zoom out in the compose window.
Note:- If neither Control or Command keys work for you in the compose window, then might be the eM Client version or a combination of the Mac OS version as well. I am currently using eM Client V10.1.4417 & Mac Sequoia. But i am pretty sure that the above keys also worked in the latest eM Client V9.2.2307 & Mac Sonoma as well for the compose window.
And is it possible to change the left/right/top/bottom margins of my written e-mail?
I only know that when you press “Print” there is margin options on the "Print Preview’ screen on the far left side you can adjust as in the below example screenshot, but don’t know how to adjust margins prior to printing in the compose email window.
