I have downloaded the latest Build of V10 msi but it does not run let alone install.
The latest interium release for Windows and Mac V10.4.4195 both install and run ok for me on Windows 10/11 & Mac Sequoia / Tahoe as per the release history page download links below.
So if you carnt install or run eM Client and have the right download file, you may have some sort of eg: Firewall / Security program other program possibly blocking the install running resident.
