Lack of response from eM Client

I now have three outstanding problems with eM Client all of which have been acknowledged but none have been actioned apart from an email that said they were having problems.
I have been with them for a good many years and have paid for the latest upgrade but am unable to download it so it is useless to me. I am about to request a refund but if they don’t deal with help requests I don’t hold out much hope for it
I would suggest anyone considering this company should check out others

Please go to the Release History where you can download the latest version. It downloads OK and installs without a problem.

You will find the same with any company. They have acknowledged the issue, so you will have to wait for the developers to fix it. You can’t ask for more than that.

Thanks for the reply but it is nothing to do with the software itself and at least I should get a reply
