Labels shown in two different way's

Why are labels not shown in the same way? See

First: two small label icon’s
Second: two large text labels

The pink one is the same and is not made by me but by eM Client when using Google Contacts. The green and yellow ones are made by me in Google Contacts but why are the shown in a different way?

Because of space, there is ofthen not enough space to display full sized tags
