My Keyboard-Shortcuts are not working any more.
Or better, just the last change one is working.
E.g. CTRL+Q is working, CTRL+U is not working.
Deleting CTRL+U in the setting and setting it up again:
CTRL+U is working CTRL+Q is not working.
Hello, could you please let us know which version of eM Client you’re using (Menu > Help > About) and also which operating system and version you’re running?
It’s the Version 10.4.5606 (58d51c0)
Shortcut is working, when I select a different E-Mail.
It’s just not working when you do it on the same E-Mail (toggle)
Thanks for the additional information. Could you please just describe the exact use case and the steps that lead to the problem? Does the issue affect only these particular shortcuts, or do other keyboard shortcuts behave the same way?
Also, do you have any other software running that might use or intercept keyboard shortcuts, such as Grammarly or similar applications?
When I’m on an unread e-mail and hit CTRL+Q it is marked as read.
When I accidently marked it as read and I want it back marked unread
and hit CTRL+U, the e-mail is not marked unread again.
I have to view a different e-mail in the view and go back to that e-mail
to mark it unread again.
