Hi I am new to EM Client and will use it as replacment for Outlook 2013
Server: Kerio Connect 8.4.0
Client: EM Client 6.0
I am wondering why EM Client does not work with Kerio Connect using EWS
I have entered https://IPADDRESS/EWS/Exchange.asmx
Additional I am using the correct Username and Password.
The IPADDRESS is in the real URL the correct IPADDRESS of Kerio
Kerio Connect EWS works w.o. Problems witch MAC, Android, IOS using MS Exchange as account type.
Hi Marcus, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check for the exact version number in Help > About?
You should be able to setup a kerio account using the automatic setup in eM Client or by using the manual Exchange setup in case you’re using domains on your server.
Are you seeing any errors while trying to synchronize the account?
Hi Marcus, did you have any issues with the automatic setup, have there been any errors thrown by the application?
Can you make a screenshot of your account setting from Tools > Accounts > Your account > Mail, Contacts, Calendar and Contacts?
Hi again, are you completely sure the address is setup correctly? Are you able to access the website using your browser?
Seems like the server address is not available, when I try to do so.
Are you using any security software on your computer or in your network, such as firewall, proxy or any antivirus with email protection? If you’re please try to temporarily disable these options and check if the issue persists, we’ll be happy to help.
I have disabled AntiVirus- Software and nothing has changed.
This is really strange, I can Access the URL with browser and the problem with the EM Client connection is that the Server does not seem to be reachable.

Hallo Marcus,ich weiß nicht ob es hilft, aber bei mir funktioniert eM Client mit Kerio Connect ohne Probleme.
Allerdings habe ich bei “Konto” - “Allgemein” - “Authentifizierung” - “Benutzername” nur den Namen OHNE Domain eingetragen. In deinem Fall also nur “office” und nicht “office@mt-tech.xx”. Vielleicht hilft das…

Ich habe jetzt ein anderes E-Mailkonto von der selben Domäne probiert, das hat sofort funktioniert.
Das Problem, besteht scheinbar nur bei der office@ adresse.
