Go online to your OneDrive account and “see if you can manually create and delete a folder” in the eM Client directly within OneDrive.
If you can create a folder and delete a folder in there, suggest then to “move any current attachments in that folder to another temporary OneDrive folder” and then “delete the eM Client folder and recreate it”.
Then move your files that were in there previously back and see if that fixes it as could have possibly been a OneDrive read / write glitch with that folder.
