says password required for xxx@hotmail.com , then below it says unauthorized_client: The client does not exist. If you are the application developer, configure a new application through the application management site at https://apps.dev.microsoft.com/

I’d recommend removing the account and reconfiguring it in Menu > Tools > Accounts > Add account. If it doesn’t help, post here please a screenshot of the error message in Menu > Tools > Accounts and the error log from Menu > Tools > Operations > Log.

Hi Steve,

Like this:

Before you start, set your insert point by placing the mouse cursor
where you want  the  screenshot to be.
Then:
Below your post - on the formatting bar, click the camera icon,
Then the  content in the dotted border area will appear.
Click “Select a file from your computer”  and navigate to where you saved the screenshot.
Click on that file.

It should appear at the insert point in your post.
You can still write above- or below-  the screenshot - if required

i know the account is still active and valid because its on my phone!!!
