Keep Getting Error Message...How to fix??

Keep getting this everytime I start EM Client.  Why do I get this and how do I remove or fix it?

yes thanks it fixed so far…just so you know, how come when you click on the update button inside em client it didn’t find that update?  the link worked - but just letting you know update inside program said none avaiable
