Just completed the update, can see my inbox and delete emails but when I press download it says i'm not connected to the server

I get the download message ‘The message was not downloaded because you’re connected to the server’ - I can see my inbox and delete emails but can’t see the body of the mail.
The send receive shows errors connecting failed.

Hi, what version have you been updating to? (Help > About), can you make a screenshot of the issue?
Are you using any firewall/proxy/antivirus software on your computer?

What if you restart the application? Does this occur with all your emails?
