Junk Mail Breaking Preview Pane Display

Hi - In the past 48 hours I’ve started to receive a new type of Junk Mail that is breaking the Preview Pane in emClient. The characteristics are the junk message doesn’t get routed by the normal server side filter and ends up in the InBox. With the message highlighted, the preview pane is blank. If you move to select another message in the InBox the preview pane continues to be blanked. The only way to reset is to manually delete the Junk message and restart emClient. It is as if Junk mail is corrupting display of the Preview Pane. To be clear I’ve got all the normal mail privacy settings made that should prevent external content from displaying. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anyway of avoiding this problem which requires emClient to be quit and restarted? Thanks.

I’m seeing the same thing. I had posted about a similar issue, but seeing your post made me rethink it and realized it is the same issue as yours. In my case, even if the junk mail is unpreviewed and in the inbox, a legitimate email won’t show in the Preview Pane.
