Junk folder does not refresh automatically. It’s refresh when I click on the junk folder.
Another thing I want to create a rule when email receive in junk folder it will move to inbox.
Because your server is already using a filter or setting to move messages to the Junk folder, it would be best to just disable that rather than create another filter to move the messages back to the Inbox.
