How can one get junk mail from all accounts put into a single junk mail folder?

You can “right click on the heading Favourites” at the top left and then click “Display” on the dropdown that appears, and check enable Junk Mail which then shows all Junkmail from all your various accts. The Favourites is a global unified folder section to show whatever from all accts.
If you don’t have Favourites enabled at the top left, then in V10 go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Folders” and check Favourites box. In V9 go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / General” and enable “Show Favourites Folders
You can also then arrange the Favourite folders in any order by dragging them up and down.
Lastly if you want any other account folder under Favourites, you can also eg: right click on the account folder and select add to favourites.
