Junk E-mail Folder behavior

I have multiple IMAP email accounts setup in eM Client. My mail provider has a spam filter and tags some emails as ‘junk’ that should not be. Before I take any action, these show up in eM Client in the Junk E-mail folder (as expected). However, when I try move move emails I identify as not being junk back to the Inbox, either via eM Client or by doing it via the web mail service, these emails appear in BOTH the Inbox and Junk E-mail. If I try delete them from Junk E-mail they immediately return. If I check the web mail service, the subject emails correctly display in the Inbox and are no longer in the spam folder. Restarting eM Client does not help. The only way I can get the emails to disappear from the Junk E-mail folder is to delete the copy in the Inbox. This is very frustrating and has been so for a long time. Today put me over the top - time to look for help.
