JPEGS won't open

For some reason jpeg attachments won’t open. It says windows doesn’t recognize the file but when I use another email client like Thunderbird or Mailbird, the same file opens without a problem. Is anyone experiencing the same or can help out?

Don’t you get an option to select a program to use when trying to view/open an JPG file?

Hi Stephanie, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you check the exact version number in Help > About? What mail service are you using with eM Client?

Does this issue occur, while trying to open a received JPG attachment, or when exactly does the error occur?

Can you please make a screen shot of the error and post it here on the forum?

Hi Hans. No, I don’t get that. It seems like the program randomly picks which JPEGS are ok to open and which ones are not. But all open in other email clients. Paul, I’m using version 6.0.213.72.0
