Go to Menu > Tools > Accounts and add your new account using the + icon. When the account is setup and synced for the first time, you will have two sets of folders in the left side-bar on the main screen. If you plan on removing the BT account, you can move any messages you want to keep from the BT to the Sky folders before removing the account.

To remove the BT account, click on the bin icon next to the account also in Menu > Tools > Accounts.
