Hello!
Previously it did not occur in the 10 beta, but it does today. An item in the Gmail Trash cannot be deleted. Its content no longer appears only in the item list. It cannot be moved, deleted, or emptied from the Trash.

Please close eM Client and open a Windows Command Prompt. Not a powershell, but a command prompt.
Paste in this command including the leading "
"C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client\MailClient.exe" /dbrepair
When that is done, restart eM Client.

The database was successfully restored after running the command. The email that I couldn’t delete before has now disappeared from the Trash.
I have the same problem with 1300 items in the trash. After I closed eM Client and used this command
“C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client\MailClient.exe” /dbrepair
And restarted eMClient but the trash items were still there.
But they were gone from the server Outlook.com
How can I clear the trash?
