I am now finding the problem on a daily basis, my emclient will just stop syncing my inbox, the wheel will go round forever without loading any emails, it is only fixed by restarting emclient. I have reloaded emclient onto my computer and problem still occurs. Please help!
What version of eM Client are you using? (Menu > Help > About)
Who is the email provider?
Are there any errors in Menu > Tools > Operation > Log tab.
Version - 7.2.36908.0
No errors at the minute just a list saying when it has synced, but I restart when it doesn’t load, I will look for an error next time it crashes.
It has frozen again and no faults showing?
