It says “message will be downloaded next time you go online” but I am online. I’ve tried refreshing a few times but it doesn’t help. It’s left me unable to open emails. Very annoying.
What I’ve just found fixes it (at least for a while) is going to Tools-Acounts-Diagnostics & clicking on Diagnose & then, if necessary, Fix.
