It keeps on saying my license has been violated on this computer? I did put in my license key and still the same issue

I run a small computer shop, I have a customer with the same problem, the customer is 80+ and defernatly a home user with a single email address, I can see no emails that has been recieved about emclient licencing problems (Only the request for the Free licence to be resent as I tried to reenter it)  Any help in getting this sorted would be most welcome.
