Does anyone consistently have issues with Xfinity/Comcast mail accounts not retrieving messages? This happens frequently for me, whether I’m in the office or at home. Would love to hear about similar experiences, and possible solutions. It’s frustrating that there’s no way to contact support for this.

There has certainly been many users “with the Xfinity / Comcast server problems” over the years where there is alot of posts and help in the forum on the subject.
Suggest to “Click the Search icon” at the top right of the forum and type in xfinity comcast in the search field and look through the various thread posts.
