Issues with Forwarded Emails in Conversations and Meeting Room Reservations

Dear eM Client Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing two issues with eM Client that I would appreciate your assistance with:

  1. Forwarded Emails in Conversations
  • Forwarded emails do not appear in conversations, even when the subject remains unchanged. This disrupts the continuity of discussions, as only replies are included in the conversation thread.
  • Is there a way to ensure that forwarded messages are always part of the respective conversation? If this is not currently possible, could you advise on any workaround or settings adjustment?
  1. Meeting Room Reservations
  • When scheduling meetings, the meeting room (resource) is not being reserved. Instead, only the location is added as text in the event details. This results in the room not being booked and could lead to double-booking.
  • Could you clarify if eM Client supports automatic meeting room reservations? If so, how should this feature be configured to ensure proper room booking?
