Issue with tags between different computers

I have an issue with updating tags set on one computer on another. The eM Client program, during refresh, does not search through all folders, even those deeply nested. To refresh the folder with tags in favorites, it is necessary to manually read each folder, which becomes impossible with a large number of folders, reaching into the thousands.
In summary, is there any option that needs to be set in the program to ensure that all computers accessing the same email accounts consistently update tagged messages in real-time?

P.S. We have at least 2 licenses that are functioning correctly and can promptly discover new tags, but I can’t identify any differences in their settings.
