I’ve been using this for some time and have 3 gmail accounts attached. All has been working fine up to now - each gmail account when expanded would show junk, trash, spam, and sent. Today one of the accounts only shows the inbox and the other folders are just gone. I’ve removed the account and added it again and those are not showing up in the left panel as the other two accounts do. My online account still shows these items, but they are not displaying in the em client application. Does anyone have any idea how to get these back into the view?
If you didn’t disable those folders for syncing with IMAP (done in the webmail page), then it may be some error.
Restart eM Client, and when the accounts have finished syncing, but you still don’t see these folders, go to Menu > Operations > Log tab. Click on the Copy Log button, paste it into a text file, send the file to me at [email protected] and include a link to this forum post in the message.

Apart from @Gary advise above, if you use your Gmail accounts as normal IMAP accounts and you backup eM Client regularly via the built-in backup and the 3 Gmail account labels / folders are all showing ok online via a browser, you could just restore a recent backup which should then fix whatever has gone wrong.
To restore an eM Client backup go to “Menu / File / Restore” (PC) or “File / Restore” (Mac).
