Hi, does anyone know what is happening here. Top image from emClient. Bottom image, the same email in a different email app. Both on MacOS.
If you are already using the latest eM Client V9 or V10, that can sometimes be caused by eg: different non standard html webpage coding where the mail client then doesn’t read the same.
So if this is happening alot with various emails “from the same sender”, then “right click in the body of the email” and click “SaveAs” and save the .eml message file on your hard-disk.
Then if you have a current active paid Pro Personal or Business version, go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket and attach that saved .eml file to be investigated. Let support know what mail client it does display correctly in and what version of eM Client your are using.
