Set up a new client in a customers domain (Win11, latest version, all available updates applied). We´re using squid as a http-proxy. Proxy settings are done manually and work perfectly. Internet access to all sites (if not blocked) ist possible.
Client requests are visible on squid access.log. Activating emClient (latest v9), valid Pro-Subscription st not possible.
I get the following message:
Seems like emClient doesnt use the proxy at all. Monitoring the access.log with a grep on the clients ip adress whilst trying to activate shows zero request to any emClient related website.
Also there is no need for any form of authentication on the proxy, emClient license servers are on a whitelist.
There are 15 other (Win10) clients using emClient in the enviroment, no issues with these.
Any ideas?
