Hi William, what mail service are you using with eM Client, if you have an account setup with eM Client, each message you display using the application is downloaded to your database and should be available for offline use.
You can however move your items from IMAP to Local folders. To enable Local folders, please navigate to the Application settings under Tools > Settings > General > “Show local folders”, and move or copy your items into this folder.
