Is there a maximum gif length?

I’ve created an email with an embedded GIF. I’ve confirmed that the source GIF is the full length (20 seconds), but but both in preview (in eMClient) and when I send the email (recipient is a Gmail account), the GIF only plays for about 5 seconds. Does eM Client impose a maximum length? The GIF itself is not large – just a few hundred KB.

Any ideas?

I was not able to reproduce that.

Is this just just with a specific file, or with all animated gif files?

I have a count-down gif of 10 seconds, and it displays correctly in preview and on the recipient’s web interface.

It turns out that GIF was being cropped before adding to emclient. I’ve fixed that and it now works. Thanks for looking into this!
