Is there a list view of email addresses who I've exchanged emails with that are not in my contacts?

If I receive an email or send an email to someone that’s not in my contact list, they get put in an auto-fill list when composing an email, is there a way I can view this entire list?

Yes, you will find it in Menu > Tools > Settings > Mail > Compose > Recipients History.
