As a company we have an email repository with hundreds of folders. My own folders (inbox and sent items) has some 5000 duplicates with the repository. Hence, I’d like to run the ‘deduplicate’ feature. HOWEVER…when I do that the default for removal is the repository and the default to keep is my personal folders. SInce I do want it exactly the other way around, I would like to change the default setting. Doing it for each email by hand is impractical…any ideas???
