Is it possible to have the delete button on the keyboard archive instead of delete?

I only ever want to archive emails - I never want to delete anything, ever.

So I wondering if this is possible… maybe an option somewhere in the settings?

Hi, depends on what mail service you’re using. If you’re using Gmail you can use their archive tool and archive all email on their server instead of deleting it.
But with other services you can use our automatic archiving feature that you can find in Tools > Settings, but this feature only archives the emails locally on your computer in local folders.
