Using eM Client on iOS, several times now I have gotten a message that my Gmail account has gone offline. Removing the Gmail account and adding it back seems to fix it issue, at least for a while.
The problem is that it keeps happening, about once a month. Once it goes offline, I need to remove and re-add the Gmail account for it to start working again.
It seems to be a recurring issue.
Both my iPhone and iPad are affected, so it is not just one device.
I run into this as well - it’s luckily a 30s fix, but the amount of times messages only seem to add into the account (and not remove locally) is a bit annoying.

I carn’t replicate that same problem with the eM Client iOS Testflight Beta V10.3.2242 and 18.5 OS with an iPhone 13 Pro max and iPad M1 Air
So if you already have that Beta version and removing and readding the account is not fixing it, then I would suggest to next go to “Menu / Settings / Import/Export” and export all the settings to an XML file.
Then uninstall the app and then reinstall the app and import your account settings etc either via the Import QR code option using eM Client desktop menu, Or setup the app as new and then reimport your saved XML Settings file via “Menu / Settings / Import/Export” again.
If that still doesn’t make any difference then could be there is eg: something running resident optionally installed on your iOS devices causing eM Client to loose the connection or in effect like going offline such a eg: Firewall / Security program or Antivirus program or VPN other than the default iOS device software.
Lastly if you have nothing optionally installed like the above, then suggest to email [email protected] for further assistance.
