Background update does not work, is only updated when I go into the APP!!!
Messages, there are sounds and license plates activated, there is neither a sound nor is a license plate set, or the license plate comes when I was in the APP 
not as a sign that something new is there.
What am I doing wrong, I have already reinstalled the app three times in the meantime!
With other apps the background update works, notifications and sounds also work.
Would be nice if this would also work in the near future, then the APP is complete.
