invalid sequence value

Getting an error every time I open the program: Invalid sequence value. After I close the error window, it works.

Hello Barb,
could you please provide a screenshot of this error message, please?
It could be an error generated by your Operation system rather then the program, but it’s hard to tell without more information.

Regards,
Olivia

Hi Barb,
I see, so it’s a connection error, can you also copy the content of the third tab in his window (Log) and copy its contents here next time it pops up?

Regards,
Olivia

The entire window contents is too large. Here is part of it.

Hello Barb,
you can click inside the window, hold CTRL+A to select all the lines, and use CTRL+C to copy and CTRL+V to paste the full log here.
Thank you.

Regards,
Olivia

Hello Barb,
sorry for the delayed answer. Unfortunately we didn’t find the root of your issue.

Can you please try clicking your account in the Mail section and choose Properties>Repair and run Repair on your account?

If that doesn’t help, I’ll need you to set up Gmail logging so we can gain more information.
Go to Tools>Settings>Adavnced and check GData logging for your account.
Restart eM client.
When this error pops up again, go back to Advanced settings, click ‘Send logs’ but change the recipient to [email protected] and add a link to this forum topic so I can get back to you, please.

Regards,
Olivia
