I did some searching and did not see a specific topic that sounded exactly like what I have been experiencing. I have Windows 11 and have been using eM Client for years without any issues. My program is the latest version.
For approximately 6 months, I have been experiencing an intermittent issue where when I have a group of new emails I am suddenly unable to switch between them. As an example, I download 10 new emails and I start reading them in the message pane. I will read an email and either delete or archive it. Then in the list of emails I will click on the next one and I am stuck on the previous email. No matter which one I click on in the list, the last one will still show in the message pane and nothing I try to do makes any difference. I end up having to close the program, then reopen it. I am then able to work normally again for whatever period of time until it happens again. Sometimes I can go days and never have any issues, other times it will happen a few times in one day.
Any help to resolve this would be appreciated…thanks.
