When trying to install your software im getting this error:
“There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.”
How can you help me??

have you tried downloading the installation file again? Maybe it has been corrupted during download.
Alternatively, the problem could be in Windows Installer, so I suggest downloading the latest version of it from Microsoft’s website > http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downlo…

yes, i did. multiple times. the version in link is for older windows, not for win 8 or 10
Oh, my bad, I thought it would link to other versions somewhere on the site.
Another microsoft tip was to run this utility to clean up the install and uninstall process - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/m… (it claims to work up to windows 8.1).
Or are you running windows 10?
