my em client tried to update but it fail to remove earliier version. What should I do? Just look the attached shot.
This can happen when you use some cleaner utility to clear space or optimize the Windows Registry on your device. Those files are needed by the Windows Installer Service, so it can install/uninstall/repair apps on the device, but these utilities delete the files and break the Windows Installer Service.

Follow the instructions to fix the issue. When that is done, try the eM Client install again.

em client makes me tired to update and uninstall.
