Hi, I can’t install the eM Client because I get the following “This package could not be opened . Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer package.” I am running Windows 10 Professional 64 bit.
Please advise.
Yeah apart from trying the latest current release as @sunriseal advised, also check that the “Windows Installer” is running as per the below Microsoft website link.

a. In the desktop view, Press windows key + R
b. In the run window type services.msc and press enter.
c. From the services window search for windows installer and double click on it.
d. Under the general tab, check the services status.
e. If the status is stopped click on start and then ok.
Thanks for help. Now installed. Had to kill and restart windows installer .
