When I paste an image in a new mail, it gets inserted to the cursor position as an inline image. If I do so in a reply mail it becomes an attachment. This is embarrassing.
That happens because you are using plain text, which is what the original message was in.
Please go to Menu > Settings > Mail > Compose and change the format for replies to HTML.
