How do you highlight insert image - also neither image as link, link, html or table are highlighted.
They are all grayed out -

Can it be that you’re editing new e-mails as ‘plain text’ instead of as ‘HTML’?
Tools > settings > mail > compose
Specify the format of new e-mails in ‘new mails format as’.

My only thought might be is that until a week or so ago I did not have the problem - just thinking
what I might have done for the setting to change …
