Incredimail Will NOT Import

Incredimail will NOT import.
When I click on Menu, File, Import and then choose Incredimail, I get the window where I can either Import Whole Account(s) or Import Selected Folders.
When I click on Import Whole Account(s) the next window comes up totally blank.
When I click on Import Selected Folders the next window comes up totally blank.
Why can’t it find my Incredimail Account & why can’t it find the folders also?

If you are using version 7, an update was released today that addresses some issues with that. You will find it in the Release History.
