Incoming messages doubled

I have two accounts, a gmail and a gmx. They are not linked, as far as I know. Whenever I get a message on one account, a duplicate message arrives shortly thereafter on the other. Consequently, I get all my emails twice. This has only happened since I made eM my client.

Suggestions for resolving this would be appreciated.

Frankly, that’s a lot of work, since I have everything configured the way I like it in my current version 5.0.18025.0.

Unless you can guarantee that it will fix the glitch, I decline to do that.

in this case please check in Tools - Rules if you have no rules that forwards your messages, if not then look at your server settings (webmail or your provider support) for the same.

we had similar problem with duplicates but new version has solved them so this is most likely server’s side problem.

I found that there was a forwarding box checked in my gmail account. I unchecked it and the duplication has stopped.
