Inbox unread emails

Hi Earlitan. If you just upgraded to v10 then there is a good chance that you accepted the option to enable Inbox categories, in which case your incoming emails have been distributed between different Inboxes based on content. See this post for more information on this. If you haven’t upgraded, check to ensure you don’t have any filters set that are hiding some emails in your Inbox. If still no good, then it is probably something more technical that I will leave for the experts to respond to!
