My inbox shows a number of unread mails but I cannot see them on my laptop.
Hi Earlitan. If you just upgraded to v10 then there is a good chance that you accepted the option to enable Inbox categories, in which case your incoming emails have been distributed between different Inboxes based on content. See this post for more information on this. If you haven’t upgraded, check to ensure you don’t have any filters set that are hiding some emails in your Inbox. If still no good, then it is probably something more technical that I will leave for the experts to respond to!
I also “upgraded” to V10 and was having the issue of some of my incoming messages only being visible in the Unread box. After following your instructions I was able to disable the Other category. So thanks for that. However, I also wanted all of my incoming mail to appear in a single Inbox, similar to the previous version which had an All Inboxes folder under the Favorites category. So I opened Settings - General - Folders and under Show folders - Favorites I checked the box for All Inboxes. Problem solved.
