Inbox categories

I’m a new user. I have several accounts set up Gmail, outlook, yahoo etc.
When I first set up the software each account had choices along the top for different inboxes such as social, promotions, primary etc. I’ve changed some settings and now all I have is Inbox. I’d like to restore those different Inboxes. Thks

You can either "Right click in a blank space on the right of the Inbox, where you can then enable the various categories you want “via the dropdown menu”.

Or go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Mail Categories” and enable the categories at the top. Then select whatever categories you want underneath & save settings.

Lastly once you have your Inbox categories back, if email then goes into a wrong category or you prefer it in a different category, then just drag it to the category you want, and you will then get a confirmation prompt for future emails.
