Inbound Email attachments corrupted

I have received two emails over the last week from the same sender. Both of us eM Client as our mail clients and we use the same email server.

I received a .PDF file and an .XLS file that were corrupt.

Is this likely to be an eM Client issue? If so why and what if anything can be done to ensure it does not reoccur?



No, eM client only send and receive data. If you are receving corrupted files then they must be sent corrupted or your server has done something with them.

eM Client is unable to do anything with files but send, receive and open them.
