Inactive links in emails

Hello Sirs,

my links in emails do not work. It says “Windows cannot access to specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item”.

But when I copy-paste the link to the internet browser, the website can be loaded.

Please, do you have any ideas, how to fix it?

what version of eM Client are you currently running? Please check the Help>About section for exact number.
What browser is eM Client trying to open these links in? Is it perhaps a different one than the one you manage to open it in later?

I am using 6.0.24928.0. It will not open any browser because before possible opening of internet browser, it displays error message.

I am using Firefox and Internet Explorer (both updated). Do you have any ideas?

Hello Lokas,
this is a Windows OS error, not eM Client’s.
What Windows OS are you running?
Can you try adding eM Client to exceptions in your antivirus software?
