In IE 11, "send page by email" and "send link by email" are greyed out. How can I correct this?

I’m using Widows 7 with IE 11 and send link by email is greyed out. In Set program access and computer defaults, “use my current email program is checked” and enable access to eM client is checked. When I then check beside eM client enable access to this program is greyed out. Then if I close out of this window and go back to it eM client is unchecked and use my current email program is checked.

Hi, what version of eM Client are you using? By any chance is it possible you’re using eM Client for softmaker?

I’m using 6.0.19861.0

Can you please go to Control Panel > Programs > Default Programs > Set your default programs, and recheck if eM Client is set as a default email program (make it default).

That didn’t do it. eM already had all it’s defaults.

Can you maybe try setting a different email account as default in this window and check if the option will be active? If it will try then changing eM Client to default again.
