Importing Emails and Contacts

Does anyone know how I can transfer emails and contacts from Microsoft Outlook 2007 on a windows 7 computer into Em Client on a windows 10 computer?

Easiest way is to copy the MS Outlook pst file from the one computer to the other, then in eM Client go to Menu > File > Import > Outlook Personal Storage. You can selectively import whatever you want.
